Quick question?

I was looking at a staggared set of axis penta wheels online and found a place called the tire studio that has a deal where if you "buy a wheel and tire package they will mount the tire on the wheel and balence it for you, with lug nuts and center rings if needed." If i went with this does that mean that after getting them shipped to me i could just mount them on my car? Also what would it take to do this just a jack and a torque wrench, and are the lug nut torque settings the same for aftermarket wheels as they are for the stock Z wheels or does it change?
