I plan to get a SR turbo extension so I can use the sr downpipe. Is the O2 sensor the same for both engine? How come some of them are divided like this one? Is there any particular reason?

no.Yours is better though, the oval ones have too much turbulance. Better than the stock cast iron one of course but not as good as this type.
