Quick question on vg35 and vg30

I have recently come across a vq35 bttom end out of a 350z and was wondering if there is any way to put it in a 97 maxima with the vq30 heads? I have tried looking but couldn't find anything on this topic. Ofcourse i would need bigger cams, injectors, etc but i need to know if it is even possible.thanks
