Quick Question. Metal Cap over Injector broke..

testing my fuel injectors and found a dead one, but to make sure it was dead, I put it in new cylinder.

Well while I was slowly tightening it down, it cracked one of the flanges for the screw.

Now I got it holding it on there with one screw, but anyone know where to buy a spare, or what the actually name of this part is?

Any help would be appreciated.
