Quick Question - How much should a professional charge to install the Injen Intake? I would install it myself but I don't really know how or have the tools.

Cheers,Kev

all the tools you'll really need is a flat tip screwdriver and a phillips screwdriver and of course, 2 hands and a brain

I installed mine in 1/2 hour and that was between coffee breaks and warming my hands cuz it was like 17 degrees when I did mine... It's really simple and you'll feel more intimate with your coupe if you do it your self! Believe me, you coupe will thank you!

other than 30 minutes for time... absolutely nothing... just do it yourself... besides, you'll need to know for later on should you ever need to put the stock airbox back on... or you clean your filter. DIY always more helpful in the long run

Installed it with a friend...Hope I did it correctly. I definitely notice a difference in sound. Thanks for the moral support guys lol. Saved me a couple of bucks. Which way should the heat shield be facing?

mine's at the bottom of the intake... so as to allow the heat that rises up to go around the intake... any other position would kinda defeat the purpose of the shield... also, make sure that the shield is free from contact with anything surrounding it
