alright im about to reinstall all of my deatschwerks injectors tomorrow. two of them flow 562cc, one flows 558cc, and the other 556cc. i know its not that much of a difference, but hey every bit helps. my question is where would be the best place to put each one for the most even a/f mixture in each cylinder?

Theoretically, the purpose of an intake plenum design is to evenly distribute the incoming air to each cylinder.

Assuming each cylinder is being evenly fed, the placement won't matter. Once cylinder will get less fuel than another, plain and simple.

The differences in flow rates are neglible at best, so I really wouldn't worry about it at all.

i would say to put the smallest injectors at the cylinder that gets the least air flow.

so i would assume you would put the smaller one at cylinder #4.

yeah im not worried about it at all, im just wanting to get an even as possible a/f on all four cylinders. yes i know they should all be getting the same amount of air, but i know that on alot of motors the farther back cylinders run hotter meaning a difference in a/f between the other cylinders. so does anyone know the best way to place my injectors for the most even a/f? start with the bigger injectors up front to the smallest towards the rear?

Yo, it doesn't matter, thats at MAX flow rate. Unless your going to be maxing out the injectors, I wouldn't worry about it.

what you want to do is put the highest flowing injector on to the hottest cylinder, which would be number 4.

and then work your your way forward.

theoretically #4 is hottest because its furthest away from the rad. thus the extra fuel will act as a temp cooler.

put the 2 562s in #s 3 and 4, the 558 in #2, and the 556 in #1

i installed the injectors yesterday and no leaks! YAAAAAAYYYYYYYYY!!!!! im having my charge pipes TIGd up right now to get rid of some gay couplings and clamps. also getting the iacv nipple TIGd on as well. im getting those back tomorrow and will have them installed as well. all i gotta do is change my oil and fire her up. i got new plugs too. hopefully it was the iacv issue that was making the motor shut off without my foot on the throttle. if it still shuts off im gonna do a pressure test and see if i have a vacuum leak.
