quick question about turbo

yea well i got a turbo from an sr t25 and i had the turbo sitting and oil was leaking out of the hot pipe side what does this mean .

ps. i did search nothing really showed up .

As stated before and I locked the thread because the answer was obvious, it needs a rebuild. Oil should not becoming out either end of the turbocharger "Point Blank".
