Quick question about these wheels

I know there are a million of these threads out here but I would really appreciate some advise...

I like the Drag DR31 wheels, and I have the opportunity of getting a set pretty cheaply. Here's the info:

17X8Bolt pattern 5/100-114.3Offset 35Hub 73Tires are 225/45/17

What I am worried about is the offset. Will a +35 offset rub the outer fender? I have the Eibach kit installed already.

Also, as far as I know, wheel spacers can only decrease the offset, right? So there is basically no way of going from a +35 to a +40?

Help would be much appreciated!

I think you will be OK with 35mm offset. If I am not mistaken, several members on this board have 20" wheels and 35mm offset and they even have prokit and no issues. Again, if I am not mistaken, Doc Feel Good is one of them.
