I was just looking at the greddy kit on Enjukuracing.com and is says

"This Kit is Designed for OBDII. If own a 1995 this kit will bolt on but if does not have OBDII you will need to purchase the Greddy Profec E-O1 or Support tool to reprogram the E-manage system."

ok now my question even tho this is for a 95-98 240 could it be put on a 91 and work properly with reprograming E manage system and of course new IC piping?

anyone know what the Greddy kit has for the oil return?? do you have to weld a bung on the oil pan as you have to do with the BD kit?

YES, the Greedy kit contains a steel? u bend tube thing that has an attachment on it that lines up w/ a screw hole on the oil pan (one that fastens it to the bock) and from that you can line it out on the pan and mark where you should cut the hole, anywhere that welds would prob only charge a few bux to weld it on. The hardest part was getting the oil pan off the car IMO. I'll see if I can find a pic of it some where installed or not.

you dont need to swap any of that.

OBDII is only emissions related has nothing to do with anything else. it can be removed from a stock car and the car will run exactly the same only with a CEL

Also dont remove the CAT from the car... The wastegate cant handle the loss of backpressure and will cause bad bad boost creap.
