quick question about s14 t25 turbo and tuning

yeah as you know I have a s14 sr20det turbo on my s13 sr20det blacktop

I also know it's some weird hybrid so it's like t25 on turbine side and t28 on compresor side (or something like that)

nevermind the fuel management for now.... can the turbo named run safely and efficiently at 15psi?

also, I have 555cc injectors, z32 maf, still need a fuel management but when I get that.... what kind of result can I expect from tuning? is it better powerband? more horse power? correction of lean/rich issue?

the S14 SR came with a T28 and can run 13-15psi at safe boost.
