quick question about rings on brake

hello, real quick, i just got new crossdrilled rotors from axxis, is there supposed to be 3 black rings around them after driving them ??

Describe black rings? Are your pads warped?

i dont think that they are warped, they are smooth to the touch , how would i know if they were warped? i did the proper procedure by the riving the car to 20MPH then applying light brake pressure to bring it back down to 5 MPH , it was recomended i do this about 5 - 6 times, so i did!! and i only drove it today for like 5 miles.
