Quick question about rims

I have a 92' 240sx hatch and I just bought some stock rims from a R32 Skyline. I know I need a lug conversion for it but I just want to know if the rim will be to wide and stick out like a lowrider or if it will fit fine.

you will be fine, they fit without an modifications

They have a pretty conservative offset. No major mods needed.
