Hey so I pressure washed my sub frame (BTW it cleaned up real nice just need to paint her because its already trying to rust) but anyway

I put tape on the the abs sensor holes but the tape came off so now i need to know what can i do to ensure there is no water inside my calipers haha. I looked for a place to put an air hose and blow them out but no luck so now i'm asking nico..

___________

Hicas delete

Also I cut the lines (i cut them because the fitting broke on the return line when i put my wrench on one so I just decided to cut them so now its time for hicas delete) that are located right behind the LH front wheel they come from the gear rack then run along the LH side of the car to go to the rear rack (they aren't just one complete hardline they seperate in a few places)

But my question is when doing a complete hicas delete and i mean complete i want to take every line off that has to do with hicas. Am i going to be able to reuse my OEM TT lines with the rebuilt N/A pump or am i going to have to get na lines also?? (I think im going to get the delete kit from Z1)

Second question is: Since i cut those lines is there any reason why my hicas delete would need to have more things to complete the kit for what ever reason.. Basically if someone performs the standard hicas delete (the elimination bar and NA pump and removing they Hicas actuator RH front fender well) could they cut the same lines that I cut and be alright??

Thanks in advance guys :)

There are no ABS sensors in the brake calipers. They are located on the differential housing.

I removed my lines which run the length of the car. Be careful in doing so, as the plastic protector which covers them has aged, and is quite brittle. You'll want to place it back on as well because your fuel lines and rear brake run with them in the same grommets/guides. Getting to the fittings on the rear where the HICAS solenoid is (which feeds the rear rack) is a whore, but can be done. Removing the actual solenoid is difficult, and I forget what was in my way, but I said fcuk it and left it in till I had more time. I also had to cut the line in the back because of funky bends around the subframe/suspension.

If you have an NA pump, you can use your TT hose, no problem. You will also need an NA reservoir. You only need the recirculation fitting from Z1 if you use the TT PS pump.

First, im talking about the front subframe my bad for not clarifying. (remember i dropped my motor from the bottom)

Second, i know what your talking about with the lines that run under that little cover with the vents in it its fine im not going to mess with it. If anything ill leave the lines like you did till i get more time since ill be in such a hurry to start driving my car again. So about the hicas delete did you go with the recirculation fitting or Na pump??
