Quick Question about Passenger Door Buttons in 2014 Rogue

Are the buttons on the passenger side door supposed to illuminate at night? Mine dont, and the dealer service dept is telling me that's normal

Just a friendly tip, it would help to know what trim level and options you have in order to give the best possible answer. As for this question, no they don't light up.

They will, if you turn the headlights on. It's a really stupid design. Only the lock/unlock button and one of the window buttons light up for me.

Glad I read this thread! Something for the dealer to look at next time I'm there, because my driver side switches don't illuminate.

Sounds like they forgot to plug the lights in when the did the door assembly.

Hello. We have the '14 Rogue, SL-FWD Premium Package. So am I to understand that it is a factory design that the passenger side door buttons never illuminate? If true, imagine some extreme ranting, that way I won't have to type it all out... Thanks,

I'm think that's correct. I have a 2015 SV w/ Premium and the passenger side door buttons don't illuminate.
