Quick question about head removal on 91 KA-DE

I'm swapping a cracked head for a good one on my DOHC.

I was just wondering if it was worth it to remove the intake manifold or should I just take the manifold with the head? I'm just looking for simple efficiency and time saving here.

As long as you can disconnect everything on the bottom/back of manifold then it's probly going to be faster to keep it on, but if you do end up removing it, make sure and get a new intake manifold gasket too!
