I have OEM fogs but they don't match my HID lights. I want them to be 4300K too, so can I buy any cheap h11 2$ 4300K bulbs from ebay like this one http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors....m245 and just "plugandplay" them? will my housing melt? can I use HID bulbs instead of my halogen ones?

I have HIDs in my fogs like a bunch of other people and my housing has yet to melt. *Knock on wood*

And I don't think you can just put that in your fogs... you'll need a ballast down there for the fogs.

OK... so this time I actually clicked on your ebay link and yes. Those bulbs will plug-n-play into your fog housing... but someone correct me if I'm wrong. The stock bulbs are 35 watts, these are 55 watts and I believe I've read stories that the housing and possibly the harness will melt.

Those look a little sketchy, plus they say they are 55w. I have a feeling they will blow out within a few months.

ahh yes, i stand corrected. After looking at so many HIDs, I was convinced the wrong one. 55w stock halogen bulbs are fine, I remember people modding H9 bulbs for fog lights because of their higher output but that is risky.
