Quick question about dash lights in 99 quest

Dash lights in my 99 quest won't work. I checked the bulb for continuity, and it's fine. The dimmer works on the centre cluster lights, and when I put a volt meter across the cluster terminals I only get about 12 millivolts. I'm running out of Ideas. zer...d=269# anyone had experience with this snafu????

i guess you've checked the fuse already

wonders if there's a TCU unit just like the 240sx has... but this generation was built w/ ford- the mercury villager model=twin so you probably can also look at those forums for help
