Keep blowing wiper fuse

Hey guys i have a 91 240sx hatch. My wiper fuse keeps blowing. It doesnt blow during use though. I think my wiper switch is bad. I disconnected the wiper motor, and put a fuse in it, the washer fluid still worked though, drove home from my gf,s house with the switch on ( motor still disconnected ) its like a 5 min drive got home parked it. Came out the next morning and checked the fuse, it was blown. Is this my wiper switch? Thanks guys.

Passenger side fender harness, your tire has probably started to eat through it.

Its def not the engine harness in either side, both still in tact doesnt look like any rubbing, My car isnt on coils its on springs atm but still cant figure out why the fuse keeps blowing.
