quick Q's about the HKS SSQV flange

I'm thinking on buying the bov and doing my research I found that the flange comes in different sizes, now my question Does it matter what size I use? I guess the size is for the inside diameter..right?

If you get one for your SSQV they might ask you if your running 2", 2.5", or 3" intercooler piping but most come straight and you cut the curve yourself.
