Ladies and gentlemen, to all those who wanted to see one of my older dyno runs which is also the latest done on 1/30/04. This was done on 93 octane, a dead T3/T04E whose blades were scrubbing and the turbo was smoking as many of you seen on the video of my car at the track as well as the turbo sucking up hot air from the fans. With all those obstacles on a stock CA18DET and at 15psi, here's the dyno:

The two images are of one dyno run in which one shows the MPH and the other shows the RPM and A/F ratio. All runs were in 3rd gear, but I could not push it anymore because of the failing turbo that was smoking up everything and everybody. The fuel curve shows the exact way I have my car's rpm fuel mapped (safe, but effective). And in this case is the reason why this CA18DET is 3 years old and still in healthy shape...........

aren't you supposed to Dyno in 4th gear to get as close to the 1:1 drivetrain ratio???

The other one was being used and I went to these guys because they let me tune for an hour and a half for $80 and this guy insisted that I make the pulls in 3rd gear. And since my turbo was being a menace by smoking up their shop to the point whereas you couldn't see anyone, I didn't argue.

Car: guess...

running in third gear will just screw up your tq figuere, and RPM too if the slip has it, but since that goes on MPH...

I wasn't too thrilled about the that dyno because they weren't all that helpful and my turbo was being a little tramp, so I never really revved the thing past 7500rpm (Just didn't feel right in 3rd with the car screaming like it was). $50 bucks an hour! I wish.......

Well if it makes you feel better an hours labour at a UK dyno is between £40-60 ($80-100 per hour) and then theres the price of fuel, and that really takes the piss here.

Yeah, $80-$100 bucks around here is the norm, so I don't feel so bad.
