What is the NAME of this PART? because my tire keeps rubbing against it and i just replaced my rims in the front! it is happening on my driver's side front! It rubs when i go 30+ mph and extremely rubs when i make right turns.

nevermind, i found the name for it on nissanparts.org. i just dont know why my tire rubs =/ oh well.

I would say you are probably running aftermarket rims. I would just add a spacer. It should stop the problem just make sure they wont rub yer fender wells. you may have to roll them a bit.
