How do you tell the difference between an automatic ecu and and a manual ecu? This concerns S14's 95-98. Is there a date stamped on the ecu to signal the year model?

the numbers on the ecu should reflect the transmission, but im pretty sure that with the s13 ecus u can use an automatic version for a 5 spd, search for those numbers, theres a list ive seen somewhere.
