Quick Offset Question.

Tried searching, couldn't come up with a definite answer.

17x7 wheels, 40mm offset, and 215/45 rubbers going on an S13, will they rub?

To obtain flushness I'll probably have to space them out a bit, but lets say for driving home's sake, will I be in the clear?

They shouldn't rub the strut.

Very far from rubbing. Probably the safest offset other than stock.
