Will a wheel with a +42mm offset fit alright on the B13 SE-R's? Thanks!

More information is needed to truely answer the question? What size wheel and tire to you plan on using?

Sorry my bad. The wheel is 16x7 and the tire is 205/45/16.

That should fit. I have a 17X7+42 w/ a 215/45/17 on my B15, and as far as I know it's not much if any different for previous gens.

42mm offset with that size tire will more than likely rub. I would be safe and go with 40mm offset.

More than likely. The wheel is going to rub on the strut, not the fender. So doesn't matter what the height.

Intriguing.

It seems I've finally found the one area where a B15 can outdo a B13, we can fit more rubber.

Sadly, the B15 does this whilst being considerably fatter .

Yes the B13 has very little room for bigger wheels and tires in the rear. Unless you want to grind strut towers down and roll fenders, but that is ghetto. Plus anything over a 16" wheel on a B13 is un-necessary.

So is 16x7 and 204/45/16 too big for the b13 then?

Referring to RED's first post, if it's a +40, rather than a 42 you should be okay.
