Will wheels that wide be a bit heavy?

At 9 inches width, I doubt if the have the right offset, but am not an expert so disregard that comment.

Sorry man, dont mean to be negative just giving input.

Fred...:)

Buy em anyway - If they don't fit, sell em to a 240 owner.

Offset's gonna play the biggest part. 17x8's will fit if they're just right, but even then I doubt the 245 will fit as the widest tire (with the 17x8) is a 235/50/17.

Basically, you'd (more than likely) be better off playing the lottery than having all the numbers (width, ratio, offset, etc) fall just right to allow for fitment. Sorry :(

ahhh damn, o well, thanks guys, i really appreciate it. I figured it was too good to be true. I had an agreement with my dad, and after many deals with TE's, CE28s, GTCs, GT-Ns, and GTPs falling through or just being flat out too expensive, im going to get some regualr old tires on my steel rims (with clean hubbies though ;)). I have until tomorrow to buy a set of wheels i like and tires, and ive set myself a spending limit of about 13oo or 14oo w/tires

Why don't you go after the factory alloys? Surely they can't be that much, and should be available.

id love to, but they are EXTREMELY overpriced, same thing with the Z wheels. Honestly, i figured if im going to get rims, go after exactly what i want, which is whats listed in the above post, im just really picky. I looked into getting the Track Model rims for the longest time, but people were wanting 14oo without tires, just too pricey for me, ill just keep what i have and keep savin for the 24o
