quick midpipe question

Quick question, searched for it first but couldn't find what I was looking for.

I came across a good deal on a coupe midpipe for my 05 sedan. My question is will any year G35 coupe midpipe fit on any year 1st gen G35 sedan (2005 for example). I didn't know if there were any minute differences between the years that would be an issue.

I think you can use an FX35 pipe too...

I think you're right joe. I searched around for the FX mid pipe but they don't seem to be up for sale as much as the coupes. Guess the FX owners don't do as much exhaust stuff...

The FX pipe (except the FX45) is the exact same thing as the coupe pipe. There is absolutely no difference whatsoever. A new FX pipe part number 20300-CG000 costs like $280 from the dealer.
