So i have a 93 240sx, with a ka-t with 8psi, walboro 255 fuel pump. It has some rediculous 860cc injectors on it and it runs like garbage until it spools. What would you recommend i put in it as size goes? I just want it to run better, i dont care if i lose power or w/e. I was thinking 550cc? Or my buddy said junkyard some 300zx TT ones.

Depends on the entire set up. Might need a good tune.

running on 8psi dosent need 860cc

get 370cc its stock on the sr and alot of nissans

or 460 from a rx7

or 550 you could probally get a good tune on any of them with out any major problem

Injectors use PWM, from an ECU, MS included. Tunes by a good tuner with a wideband they adjust the fuel PWM table vs air calculations, and the readings from the AFR readings.

So unless your good at tuning and have the means to do so then try, if not bring it to a known MS tuner.

Did you buy the car with Mega-squirt already installed?, it certainly sounds like you have no idea what you are doing with it.

But i digress, You have MS so just tune it till it runs right, why get rid of your injectors when a good tune will solve your problem?

Going to smaller injectors and not tuning will get you s*** results anyway, so rather tune what you have than buy new injectors and tune anyway.
