Quick idle problem. SIMPLE,CLEAR,ACCURATE DESCRIPTION!

1990 240sx. (sr20det) STOCK turbo (10 psi)

After boosting and coming to a full stop the engine will idle around 1100, and backfire(poping noise) like a f***. (every 3 seconds or so) out the exhaust.

HOWEVER

If i shut the car off and start it back up, it idles perfectly around 700.

SO, it only makes sence its a sensor, the question is,,, which 1?

I have a knock sensor code, but i have it unplugged and did the 1 ohm resister mod. Think this could this cause it anyway?

Let me know any advice, I know somebody out there definitely has experienced this exact problem before.... without a doubt lol. let me know!

Most likely a bad tps? (what im thinking anyways). but what do u all think!
