quick hoses check

I finally got the whole vacuum lines thing down...i think. Anyway, I connected the FPR to the small nipple on the back of the intake manifold. I would connect it to the butterfly valves but I took it out. What do I do with the nipple on the wastegate since Im using a SR's turbo? Do i connect it directly to the nipple on the side of the intake? Wouldn't the hose be too long and effect the wastegate respons? thanks
