Quick horsepower gains

Hey guys i got my A$$ handed to me today buy a cobalt ss with "other" mods he wouldnt mention so basically i want the 280zx to be faster what i wanna know is what to put on an engine with 224000km to gain horsepower without blowing it

seriously the turbo conversion is the best bang for the buck, complete donor's can be found for $500 and can get you north of 200 whp just by upping the boost, to get to that range n/a you'll need a high compression build and most liel==kely tripple webbers, oh and with the turbo add the intercooler and you can get to around 250 whp before needing further upgrades
