Quick HID opinion

Hey everyone,

So, I'm pretty decided on getting the DDM HID Kit for the Alt but I'm contemplating on getting either 35W 8000k or 6000k? I'm going for the blue tint look...I'm really not too worried about cops cause I got my PBA's and mini shield which have always worked for me...question is, is 8000k REALLY blue or mild? and is 6000k not blue enough? I'm getting em as a Birthday present (April 29th ) and would like to order them tonight but just want a quick opinion from someone with DDMs! Thanks!

PS. Did a little modding this weekend and painted my from Calipers (doing the back next week) and also painted my engine cover. Hope ya'll like!

Does the car have projector headlights?

If not then its a waste of money I have heard and read.

well sounds like u'd be more satisfied w/8K. Go for it if cops aren't an issue. 6K might leave u disappointed.

I was told by another member that their 35W 6K is just about pure white, not really blue at all.

Thanks guys! I decided to go with the 35W 8k. There's a delay @ DDM so doesn't look like I'll get em this week

I'll be doing my rear calipers on friday...trying to think of what else I can do

that's what i thought, but i keep hearing ppl say that in person it doesn't have that hint of blue. more like pure white?
