Well I've got a 95 J30 and I've read here that they discontinued the Hicas in 94 on the J's , but while I was checking some fuses (you know just to cover all my bases) the fuse panel still list the hicas as one of the fuses on my 95. Kinda confusing since the fuse is actually there for the system and shows it on the chart, but how would I actually be able to tell if I have it?

Look under the rear of your car and see if there are power steering lines going to the back, near the rear suspension and above the rear differential.

Everything I've read says it's a 93-94 thing only and even if it was offered on the 95, it's a t option only and it doesn't look like you have a t do you?

I believe they left the HICAS fuse in, even though it wasn't offerred after 1994, ditto for the 300zx. In the mid 90's Nissan was close to bankruptcy and a re-design of a component like that would've cost a lot more $$$
