I had a bunch of parking tickets and such and Im pretty sure that I have paid all of them off but I just want to make sure. Is there any kind of Website for New York State to get a list of tickets that I have gotten past 1 year or so that will show wether I have paid them or not? Thank you.

Call an insurance company and tell them you want a quote on insurance but you're not sure if you have any outstanding tickets.

That should work.
