quick headlight question

yea im wondering whats wrong with my headlights for an s13 pop-up because one headlight is brighter than my other and its not the bulb, so im wondering what can it be? any info would be helpful thanks

I'm just guessing, you probably have a bad ground or a short somewhere on the wiring for that headlamp.

how do i fix this bad ground wire/ short wire and how do i locate where the wire is short?

Search the forums for those answers, do a search on headlights you should come across soemthing. Also somone i here has a link to the FSM which i would assume has the wiring diag. Your gonna need a multi-meter though.

Also check to make the the light connector isn't just Fowled or corroded.

Check to see if any of your others light are out.

check the wires that go to the headlight especially the last foot behind the headlight where the wires are flax has a headlight goes up and down. I've had more than one with that problem and it would be the wires are almost broke. Also is it dimmer on both the high and low or just one ?

the high and low beam, thanks for the help ill probably check it by today, any suggestion if i come up with a broken wire or corroded connectors?
