You didn't really ask a question but don't mill them out. Just have them gasket matched.

I don't think you'll make a measurable difference by porting the exhaust with stock gear.

if i do go with it , anyone know where i could get bigger rb20 head gaskets from

You need to search a lot more and quit typing like that. Use English.

-don't open the ports
-don't put a thicker headgasket on it
-why did you take the head off the motor in the first place?
-no, the RB26 instake won't fit

sorry i was trying to get a question up here fast,
and i was thinking if i got a exhaust gasket with bigger exhaust ports then it would be weaker so i would have to go thicker.
i took the head off cause i had one stubber exhaust studd i couldent pull... i had 3 break and i couldent pull one. and im getting it cleaned and checked.
thx for the help with the intake..

i know these are dumb question, but ive always been told theres no such thing as a dumb question. theres always someone to answer them.. thanks for the advise :bigthumb:

this is my first nissan, first turbo car prodject so im gonna have alot of questions ..

I'm a grumpy a** hole in the mornings, don't pay me much mind (it was 6am local time for me when I posted :squint: )

I thought you were talking about a thicker head gasket before, but the same thing still applies. As long as the head/manifold are flat and clean, you'll have no sealing problems. I wouldn't open the ports up, but port matching them should be easy enough and helpful. Just be aware, many people like to keep the ports in the head a bit smaller than the manifold to help fight exhaust gas reversion. I'm not sure how exactly that applies in turbo applications though.

Do some searching meng. Stay up till 3am reading on this forum every night. Just when you think you're sick of reading about RBs, read some more. Hell I know I did. Theres TONS of info to be had out there.
