quick harness question

well i have some seat harnesses in my car, the stock ones were basically shiz. My only question is, will i be able to pass inspection at local drift and drag tracks with if i followed the below link?

Depending on the venue and organization there are also Expiration dates for the harness. Every (legit) harness has a manufacture date on it. According to SCCA rules, harnesses are only good for 1 year from the manufactured date, unless it is SFI 16.5 and those are good for 2 years. D1GP is 5 years, and i believe Formula D is as well. Most tracks around me go by SCCA rules no matter what. Not sure about drag...
