Quick Fuel Door Fitment Question

I am in need of a fuel door (fuel lid, gas cover, or whatever you want to call it), and I was just wondering, will a 2+2 fuel door will fit a 2+0? The reason I ask is because I noticed that they are located at different places on the car, and mostly because the 2+2 has a longer body.

Alex, IIRC, they're the same, just different locations. I would email Bernie at:

Well, the reason I ask is because I finally found someone that is parting out a Z that is the same color as mine, but it's a 2+2 and mine is a 2+0. I don't really NEED one, but looking at my drastically different colored fuel door is annoying the bejesus out of me. (Fuel door is silver primer and the car is Cherry Red Pearl )

So after contacting Bernie, it turns out they are not the same, and just as an FYI, he does have 2+0 fuel doors, just not in the color I was looking for (Cherry Red Pearl)
