Looking for a fmic. Will this fmic work, or is it to small?

Theres no such thing as too small, its bigger than stock and if you really wanted too, you could run without an intercooler. Ofcourse, larger would give you better cooling efficiency, but that one would work fine.

That's plenty big enough. It should support 250-275hp pretty easily. Maybe more.

Does anyone have the xs power fmic? If so did it fit without having to do something to the pipes?

I like that setup ^ but a little bigger intercooler and a v mount setup and not only would it be better but it would be JDM TYTE YO!!! But I really do like that, I bet it helps with spool time. Plus it looks really simple, bet it would make finding a boost leak a lot easier.
