An offset of +31 would look similiar to my new wheels (http://forums.altimas.org/zerothread/357279)-- you'll be sticking out a bit and it'll look hella aggressive. Also, if you take your car to the dealer you won't pass inspection with the wheels out of the wheel well like that. I wouldn't worry bout that, just take your car to a private shop.

But, I would get a smaller size tire than what you are looking at-- with this offset your wheels will look very similiar to mine-- just thicker tires. I have encountered a tad bit of rubbing, you may want to downsize your tire just a tad bit to be perfect.

I highly recommend hubcentric rings and by the way, those will be tight getting the tires on your wheels! Prepare to pay a few extra bucks a tire for mounting.

Thanks for the response Max!

one quick follow-up:

would my wheels stick out further than yours?.. I saw that yours is 8.0 width with +30. Mine are 8.5 width with +31

+31 offset is further in towards the car. The higher the + offset, the less your wheels stick out (opposite of how my head thinks, hehe). But yes since yours are 8.5 and not 8, you'd stick out more on that account.

You'd stick out a little over 5mm more than maxentropy.

The search never ends, especially when you're going to drop a pretty penny on wheels. I wan it to look perfect!

Anyways, the new rims I'm looking at are 19x8 with a +48 offset. are these going to fit nicely or are they going to look like they're too far in my wheel well??

I'm pretty sure there won't be any rubbing with these , even with my eibach drop.

thanks again dudes, and I promise to reward you guys with pictures!

19x8 +48 will tuck in and won't look flush with a drop. You are correct no rubbing with that setup.
