Quick exhaust question

I coulda swore I used to know this a while back when I was first looking at the CA18 93 240SX I got and reading everything I could on them, but this has slipped my brain. Will pretty much any S13 exhaust fit my car and still bolt up to the CA18 turbo's downpipe? The only exhaust on my car right now is the downpipe that bolts to the turbo's hotside; no cat, no catback, no nothing. I'm interested in the Megan exhaust, I guess I need the "long tip" one that's about $400, and a cat. What's a good cat I can purchase that'll bolt everything up, but flow the best?

If I am deadwrong on this, please correct me as I'm about ready to purchase one.
