My manual is in Japanese...so course its looks cool but doesn't help me out much.

Im pretty I know what the dash light means but thought I would just post a quick question since the search function left me with 0 results!

Is the red headlight idiot light mean bulb out? Im guessing its my HID's that are causing the warning..

let me know what you think

TIA

its probably one of your fog light bulbs since yours has the jdm ones. unlike the american ones. easiest way to check your lights is too have the car off and just turn all your lights on and check them and for the brake lights you can have someone hold the brake for you.

Sounds like you could have a brake light out. My friends 300zx has the same thing happen on his dash that has a bulb with red background.

Mine lit up when I had a weak brake light.Wasn't the whole way burnt out.I believe too much or too little current draw will trigger the red warning light.

The easy way to check your car's lights is to drive into a strip mall parking lot and check your reflection in the store windows. Trouble with having an assistant "help" is the old "Yes it is.... no it isn't.... yes it is" when asking about the turn signals.
