Does the third-gen Maxima have cupholders?

No.And yes...It has no true cupholders, but if you have a single-DIN headunit, the coin tray below it has a plastic slide-top with round holes in it. Unfortunately, the holes are not any US-standard cup, bottle, or can size, and they're to shallow to support anything taller than 1".

My recommendation (I've been meaning to do this for a while) is to buy a ford Taurus DIN-slot cupholder/coin tray. Fits in the same spot, but it's actually usable.

definatly, the Ford one is 1/2 change holder 1/2 cupholder. Id do it.

You just brought back memories of my '94 GXE. Still sitting in my driveway with a messed up transmission... On other news, I started her after 1 1/2 years of just sitting down and she came to life just like that... If only I could get my hands on a cheap transmission, I would have that thing back on the road in a hearbeat.
