quick crank question

would the crank for a SOHC fit into a DOHC? I know they're the same part number on courtesy parts but sometimes things are slightly different.

usually the rule is if they are the same part number, that means they are shipping the same item

the SOHC/DOHC bare blocks are the same part number but they have their differences.
