Quick confirmation needed

The harness I got from an R33 was all ratty and ****, anyways i did my wiring a few nights ago. last night i noticed a wire was pulled out of the pin, on Pin #45 the Ignition Switch wire (ECU Plug)

After installing a new pin to pin #45 on ecu plug I hardwired that to F3 plug's Pin #1 the Ignition Lead to Injectors/Coils (Black/Red)

Should I have done that or not have done that? Just wondering.
