How can i tell if my coilovers are blown?

Usually they leak.
It'll also ride like crap.

Can you do the push test on coilovers like you can with standard dampers? In which I mean you push on a corner of the car to see if the suspension oscillates or not.

drive over some bumps and see if you here the squish sounds most blown shocks cans make
