"Quick Coilover ?"

so i recently just bought some Brand New Megan "Streets" Coilovers so when i got them i noticed that 1 of the front camber plates came kinda tilted on the coil.i looked up some other megan coilovers online and noticed it on some others also..is that normal?does this need to get adjusted straight or does it get installed like that?

The Coilovers Are For a "92 240sx"

Those plates move - normal

do confirmthose plates have to be movable when they are installed and the car is moving.If it couldn't move, it was wrong.
