quick brake question

Iv'e been doing a little research on the upgrade from s14 se 5 lug to the z32. Well Im doing the rears first since they are shot. I know I need the rotors(ordered), calipers for z32, pads, and Im upgrading the brake lines and modifying the e brake. im getting confused if I need to change any suspension part out by looking at all of the earlier post when I search. Who has an s14 5 lug that upgraded to the z32?

If you have the rotors, pads, z32 calipers, and the correct lines for the conversion, then you don't need anything else. Provided that you have a five lug car which I believe you said you did.

When you mentioned "the correct brake lines", which are the correct ones? I take it the stock ones are not an option with the 300TT calipers.
