quick and stupid question

how do u get the dash to pop up as if i were going to change out my deck or what not, i lost the paper that came with the din kit. other night on my way home i mis took the cd slot on my cd player and the crack below the din kit so i have a cd stuck in my dash that i need to get out. thanks guys.

Hope that helps. But where it says just pull up, while pulling up also pull twards you it will come out easier.
