Questuion about valve covers

i have a ****ty looking valve cover on my engine right now. it has 3 bolts on top that hold it down to the head. i have a ultra red painted valve cover that i want to swap on to their but the red one only has 2 holes on top instead of three. can the red valve cover be swapped anyway?? or is their a difference between the covers?

S13 vs S14 valve cover...NOT interchangeable.

Notice the new red one you have, with the 2 holes...it also has a 3rd hole on the rear, whereas the S13 valve cover does not.
