i have just recently saved enuff for a car, and i have decided to buy a 240, but i need more info on the car. i was hoping that the people on this form can help. my questions are
how does the car handle in icey and wet conditions?
how much power can the body handle before renforcement is needed( i know that this might sound as if im going to put just power in, but i am not going to maybe just about 250 or so, not with the ka24, but the sr20)
what do the range cost wise for parts mainly the shocks and lsd?
How bad is it on gas (with the ka24)?
i know that these questions might sound stuped but it would be a great help if you could answer these questions thanxs

Icey conditions=be careful, or don't drive at all unless you have winter tires.Wet conditions=you're a little better, but still be careful (damn open diff...)

Parts can cost anywhere from 500-2000+ dollars depending on the quality, and if you have the hookup.
The KA is surprisingly fuel efficient, at least compared to my gas thirsty v6.

thank you all for your help and i am really set on buying this car now. my bro and i bought a ae86 but he treats it like it was his i know almost eveything his car so much wasted time lol, but i only know a decent amount on the 240 if any one knows a web sight that will help me better under stand this car it would be awsome. very intrested to learn, and very open to others ideas and thoughts thanx again.
You could try this website....from what i hear its pretty good. lol, on a serious note, you will learn alot about the 240 by readin up on all the good info (of which there is many) and topics that have been covered about the car on this site. You could also try Zilvia.net, there are pretty good too, but i dont read over there that much.
